I'm just guessing really. Black Jackie knows more than I who this guy is.

This is another Togainu no Chi Soft Vinyl figure from Kotobukiya. This one here is Akira who by looking at his eyes looks perfectly sane to me (that or he hasn't recovered from that Zeebra video I posted last week).
