Odds are she'd look like this. Well Hopefully anyway. Then again she's a fictional character (sorry guys) so odds are artists can make her look as hot as they want to. I think it's called "artistic license".

Which is great because if she were hideous she sure as hell wouldn't be on this site but fortunately for us she is. Speaking of artists, I'm sure you can tell by the look of it who sculpted Rei.
