While that's not a vague title the rest of this post will be. This video is from Kamen Rider - THE NEXT. A lovely song performed by "Chiharu".

This "Chiharu" looks like Hitomi from Kamen Rider Hibiki... I'm sure it's just a passing resemblance.

The song is called Platinum Smile.
