Less and less people these days have actual house phones, with the proliferation of cell phones. One alternative to land lines is of course the IP phone, which uses your computer to place outside calls. Now to spice life up a bit Japanese companies KAGA Electronics and Taxan are bringing the mecha-loving citizens of Japan IP Phones themed for Gundam RX-78 and Char's Zaku!

Priced at 5000 yen each, each set includes both a themed headset and the software that sets up the phone and gives you a display simulating the cockpit of the respective mobile suits!

Sadly, being in the US, I'll just have to make due with the Cherry Chocolate cellphone that I customed into Char's Cellphone. Sigh.
