As Promised before, I bring you another 2 new Tsukasa style figure galleries!! Mariko and Mizuki recently released in Japan, these figures are flying off the shelves. Luckily I was able to snag a set for myself and make 2 new galleries for all of you to see!

It seems that Kamen Rider Ryuki has been picked up for US release. Adness entertainment and the Wang Brothers have geared up their editing skills to americanize the Ryuki we all know and love. While I am no fan of Americanizations of Asian properties, there are times I can say that the US version while inferior is not bad. Sadly however this is not the case. Upon viewing the leaked trailer of Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, I was extremely unimpressed. The acting was horrible, the dialogue was ear shattering, the original human fight scenes looked like reject matrix footage and the plot from what we can see in the trailer was all uninspiring and cliche. I guess I can understand that this is a program marketed towards children, so I really shouldn't be so hard on it but man this trailer is REALLY BAD. I hear some guys on some of the US toku boards like the original "action" they see in it but to me it just seems like really low level choreography (ala reject Matrix footage). I really hope the Wang Brothers and Adness touch up their "creation because at the level it's at now I'm not sure how well they can do the KR license any justice.

MERRY HARUHI-XMAS!!!
First off MERRY XMAS!!! Hope all you guys and gals got TONS of awesome new stuff for XMAS!!
Well we are finally at XMAS which also means we are yet at the end of the year once again. This also means that we are about to have our 1st end of the year Henshin Hobby GRAND PRIX. Where we will break down all of this year's releases and give you guys the scoop of what we at HH feel are the Best toys of the year. It will definetly be something all you readers will definetly want to check out. So stay tuned..
MERRY HARUHI-XMAS!!!
Well here is another bit of Medicom News besides the HOSTLE dude and several new pics of Boba Fett (who, outside of Wolverine is the most overrated character - EVER!) We have the Anne Medicom from Ultraseven! It's great to see a female figure from Medicom. They just don't do them enough for my liking. She looks great and damnit, it looks like her. Still she looks freaky holding a syringe (or screw driver... whatever) like that. Kinda reminds me of someone... can't quite place it... oh yeah. Now I remember

And of course, here is the lovely Anne. I can probably use her to torture really bad 1/6 figures... I know. I know. I have a problem.
This bit of news speaks for itself. The release date on this I guess is made to coincide with the release of the sequel. Interesting license pick-up from Medicom. The movie was very fun and I can use this Medicom to torture really bad and crappy figures... (like the worst doll in 2006... you'll find out soon enough). Until then enjoy!

Been a while since I've been able to put up a video. Well I bring you this awesome bit of advertising thanks to youtube. Now people as me what do I love more, steaks or toys. I don't know because both are awesome and what's better then Kamen Rider doing a steak commercial? After watching this video I wish I was eating a steak instead of being one of the four-guys in the whole building still at work. Fudge.

We bring you yet another Gallery of Tokiha Mai from Mai Hime!!! This one in particular is one of my Favorite pieces as it truly shows the Growth of Mai's Character throughout the series. It's like a Final version if you could say. Mai is sculpted giving a Thumbs up with her Kamen Rider-ish scarf blowing in the air and a posture and expression that gives you that sense of hope that even after a super tough and desperate battle, the good guys are gonna win. She's Shining.
She's Big too at 1/6 scale One of my Favorite pieces! Enjoy!!!!

What did I tell you guys? Ignis is the Saber of Nitro+ and she's definetly getting a LOT of attention from the Figure companies. Hell' Orchid Seed just popped out their version!! These 2 Galleries are a bit overdue but they're here now!! Max Factory Goes for the More traditional Sultry side of Ignis while Alter Goes for the Action Battle Ready version. Both are Great and it's really tough to say which I love more.
